hi guys
another post from  me this time for Artistic Inspirations.
this challenge is recycle ! perfect i do like to use stuff rather than dump it, so i used the beautiful snow cuddles image from delicious doodles, and went with a crisp cool blue colour scheme, i coloured the image with pro markers and added some tiny gems.... next i re sized the snowflake to 3 different sized, printed out, then using some velum that was wrapped around one of my cards from last Christmas i took a white gel pen and traced the snowflake 3 sizes 3 times = 3 snowflake flowers! and of course we needed gems in the centre.
i finished off with some ribbon from my stash that was left over from some wedding crafting a few years back.....

and here is a close up of the snowflake flower

    Very pretty Kay, the snow flowers are gorgeous.

    Can I ask what type of white own do you use- I have tried many and all of them I have been disappointed with- they never write/draw smoothly and there are many times I would live to use one as accents.
