 hi guys
wel here we go my first post for Visable Image Stamps, what can i say i got my stamps and all i thought was WOW, i couldnt wait to get started playing...
i have to tell you guys i am not the best stamper in the world but these stamp like a dream, so clear and detailed, they even made me look good lol
right so first i did a card for the challenge at  http://visibleimage.blogspot.co.uk/search?updated-max=2012-09-29T17:55:00%2B01:00&max-results=3 inspired by autumn i have used the http://www.visibleimage.co.uk/stamps/feminine/corset.htm stamp.
i chose a backing paper  of tea roses, in a soft brown then went over with spiced marmalade distress ink to bring the autumn feel out a little, cut a couple of matts and then edged all these using the http://www.visibleimage.co.uk/stamps/christmas/grungeflourish.htm. i used just the very edges of the stamp  to give interest and embossed this in gold.

i found a nice paper i thought would look good as a base for the corset, and using the same paper for each but a different colour of ink got 3 lovely autumn coloured corset's to display.

i finished it off with a paper border coloured with disress inks and threaded with gold ribbon.

next i couldnt resist playing with the christmas stamps
i chose a lovely deep blue background, and using the stunning http://www.visibleimage.co.uk/stamps/christmas/christmascollage.htm stamp, i stamped on another sheet of the same paper in moonlight white brilliance ink and snowflake tinsel embossing power. tore this image out and mounted with foam tape.

close up of the glitter embossing

i then used http://www.visibleimage.co.uk/stamps/christmas/snowybackground.htm to make some snowflake flowers using the same snowflake tinsel embossing powder , finished off with a gem in the centre

then to finish of fi added a beautiful ribbon bow in the top corner .
i hope you will come join in the challenge there are some fantastic prize's
first prize £20 worth of Visable image stamps
