well i havent managed to get much done the last few days, i still have a few projects bubbling away almost finished but not had time to get stuck in and get them done,
Anyway i had a couple of hrs this evening so made a card to enter into Emma Goddards fb group challenge. The theme is Ribbons and Bows

its been a busy week, finaly had a day to get some crafting done, nothing finished to show as yet, a few things on the go, all at different stages lol, so i thought i would share this card i made a few weeks ago for a very special lady , she has given me permission to show it to you guys, its another jems designs, this time form fairy finnesse, she made me smile i hope you like her x

i have another in mind form this disk , but first i have a canvas to do that someone has ordered.
and i think i might also fit in a couple of cards for challenges, not realy done any before so might be fun :)

thought i would share with you my design team cards for Jems design new release cd, Vampires and Werewolfs and the paper pack Eternal matrimony, i hope you like them, i had so much fun with this disk i honestly had to stop myself making more samples, the ideas just didnt stop with such great art to work with.

i kinda like it , but think maybe i over did the butterflys LOL

oh the little birdcage is only attached at the hand so it swings, same with the key chain , only attached at the hips x

ok first here is the next stage of the canvas, no idea how this is going to turn out, lol ill just let it evolve as it pleases :)

yesterday i had to quickly do some cards for my aunt as she had forgotten her grandaughters birthday was today! so all else was put aside and i came up with a few designs for her to pick from...
 

i hope to get back to the canvas today lets see where it takes me ...

hi everyone, just a quick post .

im working on another mixed media 8 x 8 canvas using an image from the Jems Design disk Clearly Bowed Midnight Gothic...i have a few of these planned, they are so fun to do, love to lose myself in mixed media art. this is the first part painted the background 

  using acrylics it looka a little blue in this pic but is actualy purple

 

And thought i would show you a pic i did quite a while ago , its a photo of my daughter but when i looked at it i saw a pretty little fae, its done using inktense pencils, and im thinking of using it as my logo...what do you guys think

well its been a few days but i have finaly got around to posting :) I have finaly finished my DT samples, though i have to admit with this disk i could have gone on and on lol.... I have been playing today and came up with this 8x8 mixed media canvas, the beautiful girl is from Jems Designs Clearly Bowed Midnight Gothic, isnt she pretty, she is called Midnights Handmade Queen, I love her, im quite please with how this came together, quite a mix of Gothic, steampunk and Shabby Chic... what do you think??

sorry iv been missing in action for a few days, iv been working on dt samples which of course i cant share yet. so i thought i woudl show you a mixed media piece i did a while back, these are the colours of my bedroom, i painted the canvas, then added some papers i made in mcs, cut the frame on my cricut, painted it and added lace, the butterflys where cut on the cricut, the flowers cut by hand, more lace was added across the bottom to finish it off. i came across the pic online and fell in love with it, and she inspired this piece, i hope you like it.
