hello beautiful people
there is a new challenge gone live on the

Petal Lu challenge blog

i have to say the dt inspiration makes are absolutely stunning
you really have to go see them .
here is my card

i have started with a white 8x8 base card
ant layerd this with a patchwork pattern paper, to this i added ribbon and lace.
the image is

Angel of Christmas Stars by Conie Fong

as you can see iv not gone for a christmas card , and she works perfectly for a summer birthday card as well as a christmas card,

she is printed onto 160 gsm super smooth paper available from
That Craft Place ( you really should try this paper for your colouring its amazing)
first i layed down some base colour with copic markers then i used pencils for shading and adding depth.

once coloured i fussy cut her out and layerd her onto 2 scallop ovals to which i added tiny halp pearls to each scallop, i used some of the lace cut and some fussy cut leaves and the fabulous Petal Lu flowers, with a tiny resin cherrub and a tag tucked under the top right hand side of the scallops to finish it all off .

so all the important info you need
